FAQ.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

You don't build it — we do. Your site is live in an hour without you touching a builder. We refresh the menu monthly from your DoorDash listing so it never goes stale.

What kind of changes can I request after I sign up?

Anything within the layout we built: copy edits, photo swaps from our library, menu, hours, contact info, and small additions or deletions to existing sections. Quoted separately so you only pay if you proceed: new sections or pages, layout/brand changes, full redesigns. 2 included changes per month; additional changes at our standard rate. Reply to your welcome email or use the web form — both reach us the same way.

Can I edit the site myself?

Not directly yet — submit a change via the web form or reply to your welcome email; we turn it around within 2 business days. Self-serve edits are on the roadmap.

What if I already have a website?

Keep it, replace it, or run ours at a subdomain like new.your-restaurant.com. We'll help with either path.

Do I own the content?

Yes. Photos, text, and brand are yours. If you cancel we hand over the content bundle on request.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site stays live through the end of the billing period, then shows a "no longer active" placeholder. If you bought a custom domain through us, we transfer it back within 7 days.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. If you already own one, reply to the welcome email and we'll send CNAME instructions for your registrar — SSL is automatic. If you'd like us to register one for you, we'll send a few candidates with prices (typical $10–20/yr) and bill the registrar cost back to you at cost.

Do you handle online ordering?

No — we link out to your existing DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, or Toast ordering page. You keep the ordering platform you're on.

Who do I talk to if something breaks?
